Pricing questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes 1 client site, 50 emails per month, 3 templates, and 3 AI generations per month, with no credit card required.
What counts as an email?
Every message MailDock delivers counts toward the monthly total, including form notifications and broadcast emails. Spam submissions that MailDock blocks do not count.
What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
On the Free plan, new submissions are paused until your usage resets at the start of the next month or you upgrade. Pro and Scale include unlimited emails.
Do I pay extra for SMTP or sending?
No. You connect your own SMTP provider, so sending costs stay with the provider you already use. MailDock does not charge per email.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes. Upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations are handled from the billing portal in your dashboard and are processed securely by Stripe.
